Nederlands Cement Transport Cetra BV is a joint venture between Heidelberg Cement Benelux with their operating company Enci BV and Vos Logistics. We provide at this time between France and Italy and Germany and Italy vv on 4 different routes (dedicated) transport, also known ROLA (RoLa) called.
